About the Forbes Best Recruiting Firms List
The award ranking is based on an independent survey of peers and clients who nominated recruiting firms in the executive search and professional search categories. The Forbes Best Recruiting Firm list was based solely on the recommendations of clients, candidates, and leaders in the space, as employees of recruiting firms were not able to vote for themselves. In total, more than 36,400 external recruiters and 9,200 HR-managers/hiring managers and candidates were invited to participate in this year’s survey. Based on the results of the study, Blue Signal is ecstatic to be recognized on the Forbes Best Recruiting Firms 2023 list in both the Executive Search and Professional Search categories.
