Blue Signal Ranks No. 55 on the 2024 Inc. Regionals List of the Southwest’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies

Companies on the 2024 Inc. Regionals Southwest list had an average growth rate of 135 percent.

Inc. magazine revealed that Blue Signal is No. 55 on its fifth annual 2024 Inc. Regionals Southwest list, the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies based in Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Born from the annual Inc. 5000 franchise, the Inc. 5000 Regionals list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the Southwest economy’s most dynamic segment–its independent small businesses. Blue Signal is proud to be a repeat honoree, with a two-year revenue growth of 229%.

The companies on this list show a remarkable rate of growth across all industries in the Southwest region. Between 2020 and 2022, these 162 private companies had a median growth rate of 135% and, in 2021 alone, they added 17,606 jobs and nearly $14.4 billion to the Southwest region’s economy.

Methodology 

Companies on the 2024 Inc. Regionals are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2020 to 2022. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2020. They must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent--not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies--as of December 31, 2022. The minimum revenue requirements are $100,000 for 2020 and $1 million for 2022. All honorees must pass Inc. editorial review. See their full methodology.

Between 2019 and 2021, these 166 private companies had an average growth rate of 557% and, in 2021 alone, they added 16,116 jobs and nearly $5.5 billion to the Southwest region’s economy. Companies based in the Austin, Texas, Scottsdale, Arizona, and Fort Worth, Texas, had the highest growth rates overall.

The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent small businesses.
