Yes, you can apply for more than one job within Blue Signal! We have several operating departments within the company, and as we grow, our needs evolve with us. However, we do receive all applications into our same Applicant Tracking System. Therefore, we suggest applying to the role you are most interested in first, and once contacted, letting People & Culture know that you are flexible!  

After you have applied to one of our internal roles, if determined to be a fit for our current need, you will be contacted via email by one of our People & Culture (HR) representatives outlining next steps. Be sure to keep an eye out for communication from an @bluesignal.com email address!  

Blue Signal’s interview stage follows a standard interview process. First, you can expect to do an initial intake via phone call with one of our People & Culture (HR) personnel. During this call, you will be asked standard interview questions to ensure your needs as an employee match what we can provide you as an employer!  

Next, if PAC has determined you to be a good fit, they will send you the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment that corresponds with the role. The PI Test is a scientifically validated stimulus/response assessment that evaluates each individual's values and what drives them. Somewhat like a personality test, it offers insight into employee needs, behaviors, motivations, and development areas.  

If your results are found to be a match for the role, you will then be introduced to the manager for the team, and have a one-on-one phone or video interview with the manager to dive into specifics of the team, the future of the team, and how this role supports the team and overall company goals.  

Finally, there will be one final phone or video interview with either the head of the department, a senior PAC member, or other leadership to cover any remaining areas of interest. If determined to be a fit, an offer would be received via email with your employment contract.
