Each year, the World Staffing Awards recognizes the “Top 100 Recruiters” and “Top 100 Staffing Companies to Work For” in the following year.       We are excited to announce that Blue Signal was recognized as one of the top 100 staffing firms to work for at the World Staffing Awards 2023. Each year the World Staffing Awards, presented by Candidate.ly, recognizes firms that are leading the staffing and talent acquisition space by providing exceptional service and innovative methodologies. Over 1,500 nominations were received this year. Blue Signal is proud to be listed among the top 100 with other trailblazers in the space. 

      Additionally, Blue Signal CEO Matt Walsh was named as one of the top 100 leaders to watch at the World Staffing Awards 2023! The staffing leaders on the top 100 list are “people who are transforming the staffing industry, offering solutions to its challenges and setting trends for how to do business more effectively.” This year over 3,300 staffing professionals were nominated for the award. Safe to say, the competition was fierce. In fact, it was proved to be more difficult to win the award (3%) than to get into Harvard (5%). We are thrilled for Matt to be recognized among this incredible group of leaders, and look forward to what he’ll accomplish in the staffing space this year.

      Each year, the World Staffing Awards recognizes the “Top 100 Staffing Leaders to Watch” and “Top 100 Staffing Companies to Work For” in the following year. The staffing leaders and staffing companies selected for the award either nominated themselves or were nominated by their peers in a public nomination process that took place until the 15th of November 2022. 

      A public voting from the 21st of November until the 15th of January selected the leaders for next year.
