Lacey manages Blue Signal’s Marketing strategy and Marketing Team. She is responsible for website development, SEO, digital marketing, and graphic design. She also builds market trend reports on candidate pools, industry trends, and market forecasting.

Amber supports the Blue Signal team by developing marketing materials for internal and external use. She has conducted marketing training, optimized internal processes, and adds value to the company through her creativity and innovation.
