Blue Signal is proud to welcome Joe Hanrahan to the team as our newest Senior Executive Recruiter.

Joe Hanrahan graduated from Marquette University with a degree in Corporate Communications and began his career in sales. He started his career with InterCall/West Unified Communications selling unified communications into Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 accounts. He then became a sales coordinator with Wholesome Harvest.

Joe remained in sales and transitioned to the recruiting industry with The Jacobson Group. At Jacobson, he came in as a sales coordinator doing a combination of recruiting and supporting the outside sales team. After 7 months, he was promoted to Regional Territory Manager, with a focus on business development. He gained tremendous recruiting experience during this time.

Joe is ready for his next challenge and has relocated to Arizona to become a senior executive recruiter with Blue Signal Search.
