This organization is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. The Inside Sales Representative will actively engage in a structured development program aimed at building expertise in various facets of sales and operations. This role involves gaining hands-on experience in warehouse operations, customer interactions at the sales counter, and internal sales processes, ultimately preparing for a leadership-oriented sales position. Responsibilities will adapt based on the specific phase of the program.

Focus:
Manage inventory operations, including receiving, stocking, shipping, and returns processing.
Operate company vehicles safely for deliveries and pickups.
Assist customers with sales inquiries, order fulfillment, and product information.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through visits and effective communication.
Maintain sales displays, process orders, and ensure accurate documentation.
Participate in safety training and follow compliance protocols.
Support the sales team and perform additional duties as needed.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Skill Set:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
Proven background in customer-facing roles such as sales or management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) for communication, reporting, and data analysis.
Ability to learn and navigate sales and inventory management software.
Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, in English.
Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
Adaptability to changing work environments and customer needs.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record in accordance with company policy.
Capable of learning to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other material-handling tools.
