Our client is a leading company in the manufacturing sector, they are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for one of their locations.
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and overseeing all processes and personnel related to the warehouse, receiving, crating, and inventory control, under the guidance of the Logistics & Warehouse Manager.

Focus:
• Oversee warehouse, receiving, and crating operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures and protocols to safeguard inventory.
• Coordinate timely processing of jobs and shipments, maintaining accurate records.
• Supervise and train warehouse personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels and aging reports to maintain accuracy and control.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions as needed.
• Support financial health of warehouse operations through strategic planning and execution.
Skill Set:
• Manufacturing experience required, Valve experience a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Supervisor/Manager role in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma experience or APICS Certification is a plus.
• Proactive with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Safety-conscious with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service-focused with the ability to analyze extensive data.
• Skilled in planning, organizing, tracking, and adjusting projects.
• Proficient in Root Cause Analysis and process improvement methodologies.
