Blue Signal Search Named a 2025 Best Place to Work in Arizona by Phoenix Business Journal

PHOENIX, AZ — January 2, 2026 — Blue Signal Search has been named a 2025 Best Places to Work Award finalist by the Phoenix Business Journal, earning second place in the small company category. This marks the fifth time Blue Signal has been recognized by the program, reflecting its continued commitment to building a workplace where people feel supported, trusted, and empowered to do their best work. 

Finalists were unveiled by the Phoenix Business Journal ahead of the annual awards celebration, which was held on December 16, 2025, at the Arizona Biltmore, LXR Hotels & Resorts in Phoenix. The 2025 Best Places to Work Awards were sponsored by Quantum Workplace and Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. 

The Best Places to Work Awards honor organizations that intentionally invest in their people and workplace culture. Rankings are based entirely on confidential employee survey feedback, evaluating areas such as trust in leadership, communication, team connection, and overall engagement. Only the highest-scoring companies in the region earn the designation.
