Blue Signal welcomes our newest Senior Executive Recruiter, Mike Catena.
Mike has an extensive background in recruiting, with over 25 years of experience filling engineering positions at all levels. He served as president for 5 years with MAC Engineering Search, a successful independent recruiting firm specializing in engineering positions. Prior to that, he founded and managed Civil Search International in 1988, growing the company from a 2-person start-up to a multimillion-dollar firm with 40 employees over the course of 24 years. His specialties within engineering include civil, forensic, structural, mechanical, electrical, and more. Mike excels at developing deep, long-term relationships with his clients, and delivering expert industry knowledge within A&E and engineering services.
