Rehabilitation Therapist

They are seeking a Rehabilitation Therapist to join their team. This candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating physical therapy services for patients in concert with the total care plan. Provide care focused on helping patients reach their full functional potential.

Focus:
Provides thorough physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Performs intakes and evaluations, discusses goals with patients, implements care plans, educates patients, and monitors progress.
Utilizes assessment data to develop and implement care plans.
Ensures proper implementation and adherence to the therapy plan.
Educates caregivers and family to promote optimal function and safety at home.
Evaluates the therapy plan and makes appropriate modifications.
Upholds quality care standards and prioritizes high patient satisfaction.
Strengthens professional knowledge through continuous research and education.
Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Skill Set:
Clinical doctorate, Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
Preferably, one year of experience in physical therapy practice
Current and unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Washington
Current BLS certification
Comprehensive knowledge of therapy theories and concepts.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Capable of maintaining accurate and timely documentation and records
Ability to work independently using good judgment and problem-solving skills.
