5+ years of experience selling residential technology or utility services

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a field sales role.

Proven ability to negotiate property access and high-volume service contracts with residential communities.

Skilled in presenting to and influencing senior-level stakeholders.

Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

In-depth knowledge of broadband solutions tailored for high-density housing communities.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
