Our client, a respected entity in the semiconductor industry, is actively seeking a Sales Manager. This role will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
In this crucial role, the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the sales of SIP products and services. This role will develop and execute strategic sales plans, support a team of dedicated sales representatives, and identify new business opportunities in the semiconductor space. Develop and execute sales strategies for SIP products, aiming to meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive SIP solutions to customers. Act as a primary liaison for SIP product inquiries, offering technical guidance and negotiating sales. Analyze market trends and customer requirements to influence product development and pricing strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with SIP solutions. Conduct regular business reviews to monitor sales performance and market share growth. Guide and support other sales team members on SIP product knowledge and sales tactics.
Bachelor’s in business, marketing, or related field; equivalent experience considered. 5+ years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry. Proficiency in SIP technology, products, and market applications. Proven ability to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales. Exceptional teamwork, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strong presentation and sales negotiation abilities. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and senior management.
Salary Range: $100K – $150K
