Lighting Multifamily/Builder Sales

As the Builder/Multifamily Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth within our client’s key market segments. Leveraging your expertise in lighting solutions and your ability to cultivate strong client relationships, you will champion our client’s products, expand market presence, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Focus:
Develop and execute sales strategy to grow market share in Builder/Multifamily segment. Identify and prioritize key accounts to drive sales aligned with company objectives. Set and exceed ambitious sales targets consistently. Demonstrate expert product knowledge to highlight client advantages. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying company values in all interactions. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects for sustained sales momentum. Coordinate travel effectively and collaborate with internal teams to support clients seamlessly.
Skill Set:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in lighting sales, with a focus on the Builder/Multifamily channel. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required. Proven track record of success in cultivating and nurturing relationships with Developers, Contractors, Builders, and Architectural/Engineering Firms, preferably at the C Level. Exceptional organizational and presentation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Deep understanding of LED technology and products, with the ability to articulate their benefits effectively is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a knack for inspiring confidence and trust in clients. Familiarity with the quotation process and trade show/training experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for engaging presentations.
