Ryan Walsh is a dynamic professional with a strong background in Accounting/Finance, holding a CPA certification. He spent the last decade working in the assurance/internal audit space within the Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Financial Services spaces. Ryan's deep understanding of these industries, combined with his technical expertise, has enabled him to excel in his role at Blue Signal and become a trusted advisor to his clients.
In 2018, Ryan shifted gears and discovered his passion for recruiting. Since then, he has spent the last five years helping companies and candidates alike, specializing in manufacturing recruiting, food & agriculture recruiting, finance & accounting recruiting, and more. As the Vice President of Recruiting and Head of Sales, Ryan is responsible for driving sales growth and overseeing the recruiting team. His leadership, coupled with his industry experience and technical acumen, has helped Blue Signal to become a leader in the talent acquisition industry.
Ryan is a natural relationship builder and is passionate about connecting companies with top talent. He believes that the key to success in recruiting is understanding both the needs of the client and the aspirations of the candidate.
