The BBB Torch Awards for Ethics represent one of the highest honors presented by BBB. They spotlight businesses that consistently uphold trust and ethical conduct. In addition, an independent panel of volunteer community leaders selects the finalists. The panel uses criteria established by the International Association of Better Business Bureaus.
As part of the process, each finalist completed a comprehensive evaluation across four key areas: Character, Culture, Customers, and Community. Specifically, organizations demonstrated the integrity of their leadership and the authenticity of their workplace culture. They also showed how they value customer relationships and positively impact the communities they serve.
