We kicked off two critical executive searches: one for a Vice President of Telecom at a key subsidiary and the other for a Fractional CFO to drive financial strategy during a pivotal period. For the Fractional CFO role, we contacted 126 candidates, submitted 6 for client review, and 5 were interviewed. The role was successfully filled in June 2024, bringing critical financial leadership during a pivotal period for the company.
