As 2025 wraps up, we reflect on another incredible year, measuring our achievements against our core values: helping others, doing the right thing, championing change, and striving for excellence.
This year gave us a lot to be grateful for. We had the privilege to work with talented people all across the country, supporting pivotal moments in their careers. Every conversation, resume update, and interview prep reminded us why our work matters.
We also marked new milestones. Blue Signal passed 3,300 all-time placements and grew our team across 22 states. Each step strengthens our ability to support you with more reach, more resources, and stronger guidance throughout your career journey.
Helping Others
In 2025, we continued giving back through volunteer efforts, fundraising, and employee-selected nonprofit partnerships. Together, our team contributed more than $100,000 to organizations making a difference in our communities. Helping others is a core part of who we are, and it's the mission that drives our team every day.
Doing The Right Thing
Every job search looks different. That’s why we offer tools that meet candidates where they are. Resume and Career Services provides a library of free courses on YouTube for interviewing, resume writing, networking, and other practical topics to help you feel prepared.

Championing Change became one of our core values this year as we push ourselves to stay curious, embrace new technologies, and bring fresh ideas to how we support you. With the job market shifting fast, we’re committed to sharing insights that help you stay competitive. Our monthly LinkedIn newsletter, The Recruiting Radar, delivers practical tips, industry updates, and expert advice to help you stay ahead in your career.
