As 2023 wraps up, we reflect on our journey, measuring achievements against our core values: helping others, doing right, and striving for excellence.
This year, Blue Signal grew both as a recruiting firm and an employer. We surpassed 2,400 all-time placements, translating to 2,400 stronger teams. We also took our expertise to all corners of the nation, by nearly doubling our workforce. We now have recruiters stationed in 24 states and the Dominican Republic – allowing us to connect with clients from coast to coast!
