She specializes in connecting organizations with senior technology leaders, from Director and Vice President through the C-suite, across technology, engineering, product, data and AI, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and enterprise applications.

With a highly consultative and relationship-driven approach, Angelica looks beyond the résumé to understand each organization’s business strategy, technology direction, leadership dynamics, and culture. This allows her to identify executives who align with the immediate hiring need and can make a lasting impact on the organization.

Based in Tampa Bay and conducting searches nationwide, Angelica has spent more than two decades building relationships throughout the technology community.
