They are seeking a Head of Growth to lead and execute the growth strategy for their subscription-based mobile fitness app company.

As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for managing all marketing, sales, and financial activities for the product line including growing brand awareness, driving demand, overseeing budgets, and optimizing the customer experience to increase retention.

• Experience with paid acquisition, MMPs, tracking/attribution tracking, ad click to post ad, post app install, influencer marketing, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform growth strategies.
• Proven expertise in the complete app analytics software lifecycle, starting from app installation and extending to tracking.
• Experience with email and SMS marketing campaigns, web funnel marketing, and growth metrics.
• Experience navigating target audience/growth initiatives after IOS 14 changes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for health and fitness tech space is a plus.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, project management, organizational, and time management skills.

They are committed to providing their clients with top-tier vitamin supplements and establishing enduring partnerships with them. They are hiring a Food Innovation Scientist to utilize their R&D expertise and develop processes to deliver the highest level of quality and consistency for products to their customer.

The Food Innovation Scientist will work hands-on in the lab to develop and launch nutrition products. In addition to product development, they will have the authority to drive improvements within manufacturing and production.

Focus:

Drive R&D and development efforts for product production and health supplements. Design and implement plans to research, formulate, characterize, and test new products and ingredients, and work cross functionally with internal teams. Conduct research on potential ingredients with specific physical properties, such as solubility, to support different form factors. Take products through full development lifecycle, from bench to qualification, to scaling, manufacturing, and commercialization. Support QA efforts to test, analyze, and troubleshoot new products as part of the manufacturing and scaling up process. Work with process engineering and production to ensure optimization of processes and existing products. Act as a subject matter expert on food science, including formulation, testing, manufacturing, and applications. Collaborate with technical team and other departments regarding major product development projects. Coach and mentor junior team members; act as technical leader within group. Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends regarding ingredients, processes, and regulations.

Skill Set:

5+ years of experience in food manufacturing/production, R&D environment. BS in Engineering, Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or equivalent. Master’s preferred. Expertise in food science and the product manufacturing process with familiarity of confectionary capsules, ingredient functionality, microbiology, Q&A principles, and market research practices. Demonstrated success formulating tasty food products with a concise ingredient list that comply with specific standards on a large-scale basis. Strong communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to R&D problems. Excellent writing and organization skills and can effectively handle intricate technical details.

Financial Analyst Manager

The Financial Analyst Manager will perform tasks related to accounting, banking transactions, reconciliations, record keeping, quarterly reporting, annual reporting, administration, and client relations. They will work closely with management/director to provide support related to more sophisticated and complex transactions.

• 7+ years of experience in government accounting/accounting office, development related financing, tax exempt debt familiarity, municipal policies, and procedures, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead in a fast paced and complex reporting environment.
• Experience articulating job duties and training new employees on overall tasks and project specifics.
• Ability to prioritize and tend to multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to take direction, work independently, and clearly communicate findings to direct reports and management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to formulate questions and apply solutions to complex financial agreements.
• Self-motivated, able to drive projects to completion.
• Advanced practical skills in working with MS Office
