Workday Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements. Craft documentation and create proof-of-concept designs to address business challenges utilizing Workday and CRM platforms. Establish best practices for the use of Workday’s data analytics tools, such as Prism. Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between Workday, Slate, and other third-party systems. Ensure data integrity and security across systems. Partner with vendors and external collaborators to deliver integrated solutions. Facilitate knowledge sharing related to system integrations, reporting, and analytics. Stay updated on trends and innovations in CRM and ERP technologies, providing actionable recommendations. Create and maintain a feature adoption and enhancement roadmap for system planning. Conduct gap analyses and recommend system improvements for greater efficiency. Manage release processes, including regression and feature adoption testing. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience as an ERP Integrations Architect with expertise in Workday or similar ERP systems.
• At least 2 years of experience with data analytics tools such as Workday Prism or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes and reporting.
• Proficiency with integration tools like EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Workday certifications (or the ability to obtain them within six months of hire).
• Higher education experience is a plus.
• A bachelor’s degree in a systems-related or data-focused discipline, or another relevant field.
Schedule and Work Environment
Regular hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (adjusted summer schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM).
On-site requirement: Tampa Bay area residency required by start date; remote flexibility offered during relocation.
