Focus:
• Lead the organization through core values to build a collaborative culture while ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are communicated throughout.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of the business.
• Analyze and anticipate problematic situations, both within the organization and within the territory, providing solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals.
• Develop and execute the company’s business strategies to attain the goals of ownership.
• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to ownership.
• Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile.
• Develop, manage, and communicate to ownership an annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Oversee the company’s financial performance, ensuring financial targets are met.
Skill Set
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field experience with financial documents.
• At least 3 years of senior management experience in the lighting industry.
• Business acumen with experience in managerial positions, preferably as a Managing Director.
• Strong communication skills with high situational awareness and enhanced social skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Driven, hardworking, and self-motivated with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Proven experience in developing and executing strategic plans.
• Established relationships in the design and construction market, with a proven track record of business development and sales growth in the electrical market.
