VP of Sales – Thermoforming Division
Our client is an employee-owned company specializing in innovative and sustainable thermoformed and flexible packaging solutions for the food industry. With a customer-focused approach and a commitment to excellence, they partner with leading brands to deliver tailored packaging that drives success.
They are seeking an accomplished and results-oriented Vice President of Sales with a proven ability to drive growth in the food packaging industry. The ideal candidate has deep experience selling thermoformed and flexible packaging solutions into the Grocery/Retail, Food Processor, QSR, and Convenience Store markets. This individual will leverage their existing relationships to shorten sales cycles, generate new opportunities, and contribute to the long-term growth of our organization.

Focus:
Design and execute a focused sales strategy targeting the Grocery/Retail, Food Processor, QSR, and Convenience Store sectors.
Drive business development by identifying, pursuing, and closing net new opportunities while leveraging existing relationships to accelerate revenue growth.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, delivering exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Analyze market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to identify and act on growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and product development, to deliver high-quality, on-time solutions for customers.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
Skill Set:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven track record of business-to-business sales success within the thermoforming or flexible packaging industries, specifically targeting Grocery/Retail, Food Processors, QSR, and Convenience Store clients.
Existing network and ability to leverage relationships to reduce sales cycle time and open new opportunities.
Demonstrated “hunter” mindset with exceptional skills in business development and closing deals.
Comprehensive knowledge of the thermoforming process and food packaging applications.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
