What You’ll Do:
• Leadership & Team Management: Oversee a dynamic team of 5 sales leaders and a total team of 25 professionals, primarily based onsite.
• Strategic Sales Development: Spearhead initiatives to identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on account development and expanding the client base.
• Client Engagement: Lead high-level negotiations and establish long-term partnerships with key industry players.
• Trade Show Representation: Represent the organization at industry events and trade shows, showcasing expertise and building valuable networks.
• Collaborative Growth: Work closely with senior leadership to align sales strategies with the company’s overarching goals and vision.

• Sales Expertise: Proven track record in B2B sales, with an emphasis on negotiation, account development, and client retention.
• Hunter Mentality: A proactive approach to securing new business and driving growth in competitive markets.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire sales teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• Hospitality Industry Insight: Familiarity with the hospitality sector or related industries is highly desirable.
• Flexibility to Travel: Willingness to travel 10–20% of the time, including attendance at trade shows and client meetings.
