Vice President of Business Development – ITAD Division
A rapidly scaling IT infrastructure firm is expanding its Asset Disposition division and seeking a seasoned executive to lead this growth. With expertise in server hardware, secure decommissioning, and lifecycle management, the company is redefining sustainable IT operations. This high-impact leadership role will drive strategic partnerships and national expansion in the ITAD space.
As the Vice President of Business Development – ITAD Division, you’ll spearhead business development across security, sustainability, and data center innovation. You’ll unlock new revenue streams, forge enterprise relationships, and shape the future of IT asset recovery with full executive backing in a vertically integrated organization.
This Role Offers:
Lead a high-growth division within a full-stack IT ecosystem offering warehousing, staging, remarketing, and recycling.
Drive sustainability and security in enterprise IT with innovative and responsible solutions.
Direct access to executive leadership and autonomy to design growth strategies.
Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and leadership-level visibility.
Focus:
Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for IT asset recovery and secure disposition services.
Source and negotiate high‑value partnerships with enterprises, OEMs, VARs, hyperscalers, MSPs, and data centers.
Guide the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and long-term account stewardship.
Position the brand effectively in targeted markets through thought leadership, events, and tailored solution content.
Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to develop scalable, cost‑effective offerings.
Align with executive leadership on growth forecasts, market positioning, and capacity planning.
Skill Set:
Proven executive-level experience in business development within IT infrastructure services or ITAD.
Strong domain knowledge: secure data destruction, reverse logistics, remarketing, and compliance frameworks.
Existing executive relationships across OEMs, enterprise IT, data centers, and service providers.
Skilled at complex deal cycles and stakeholder management, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and results in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as required to engage clients and represent the division.
