Vice President, Enterprise Sales – Hospitality Solutions

An innovative B2B solutions provider in the hospitality space is seeking a driven and results-focused Vice President of Enterprise Sales to lead and expand a national sales organization. With a stronghold in key hospitality markets and clients spanning major hotel brands, cruise lines, and more, this company is poised for aggressive growth. They are looking for a proven sales executive to amplify their go-to-market strategy, mentor a high-performing team, and capture untapped opportunities across verticals.
As the top commercial leader, this role will report directly to the CEO and oversee a 25-person team composed of sales leaders, account managers, and support staff. The position is based out of the company’s Asheville-area headquarters and offers the opportunity to impact organizational strategy from day one.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of five sales leaders and a broader national team of B2B sellers across multiple hospitality sectors.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans to drive new business development while deepening relationships with existing clients.
• Spearhead enterprise contract negotiations with top-tier hospitality partners (hotels, resorts, cruise lines, casinos, etc.).
• Identify revenue growth areas and target markets using sales analytics and team input.
• Represent the brand at major industry trade shows and networking events, traveling 10–20% to support market visibility and partnerships.
• Oversee the full sales lifecycle, ensuring top-tier client care from initial engagement through delivery and ongoing service.
• Drive CRM best practices across platforms (Salesforce and Monarch) to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with the executive leadership team on budget planning, go-to-market execution, and operational improvements.
Skills & Experience Required
• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with 5+ years in a senior or executive sales role in a B2B-focused industry.
• Demonstrated success leading sales teams with strong performance in both new business development and key account retention.
• Track record of managing large-scale sales budgets and achieving revenue targets.
• Adept at coaching, team performance optimization, and fostering a metrics-driven sales culture.
• Experience in or exposure to hospitality, travel, luxury goods, or adjacent markets is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
