This role demands expertise in technical guidance and market insights, requiring candidates to have a thorough knowledge of product installation and the ability to engage key industry stakeholders effectively.

Focus:
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key companies and builders.
• Identify new growth opportunities by targeting companies within the region.
• Manage service programs to enhance engagement with construction and production managers.
• Support customer transitions to company products by addressing conversion barriers and enhancing their experience.
• Use CRM tools to make informed decisions and achieve year-over-year volume growth.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support additional growth.
• Be the go-to expert for technical product practices.
• Engage in high-level networking and stakeholder management to advocate for the brand.
Skill Set:
• 3+ years in a sales role, preferably in a technical or construction-related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and relationships.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and a disciplined approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills, bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel 10-15%.
