Focus:
• Lead the design and development of analog circuits for advanced DRAM products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analog designs into broader systems.
• Conduct circuit simulations and analyses to optimize performance, power efficiency, and reliability.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex design challenges.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to memory design.
• Contribute to patent applications and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Skill Set:
• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or a related field; PhD preferred.
• 5-10+ years of experience in analog circuit design within the semiconductor industry.
• Proven expertise in analog design, including IOs, power system blocks, and custom digital design.
• Proficiency in ASIC-like digital design, including:
• Logic synthesis for complex block design.
• DFT (Design for Test) implementation.
• Physical design using place & route software.
• Verification through simulation techniques.
• Strong understanding of DRAM memory architectures and semiconductor technologies.
• Experience with high-speed, low-power circuit design methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with DRAM memory interface design and signal integrity analysis.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated success in tape-outs and volume production.
