We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Showroom Sales Representative to join our client’s dedicated sales team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in client-facing environments and excel at converting client needs into compelling, high-quality lighting solutions. In this position, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the product offerings in the showroom, helping them make decisions that best suit their needs and aspirations.

Focus:
• Engage with clients in the showroom to understand their lighting needs and recommend products that align with their vision.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product offerings and the latest trends in the lighting industry.
• Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with design and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to close, including documentation and follow-up.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide client feedback to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
Skill Set:
• At least three years of proven success in retail sales, preferably in lighting or home furnishings.
• Familiarity with lighting design fundamentals and understanding of electrical infrastructure are advantageous attributes.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with clients in a showroom setting.
• Established network within the home furnishings or lighting sectors, with strong connections that can facilitate business growth.
• Proven ability to understand and meet the needs of commercial and residential clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse client base.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, ERPs, and the MS Office suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
