Leveraging cutting-edge technologies, they deliver reliable and efficient solutions to a diverse clientele. They are seeking a Service Delivery Project Manager to join their team.
The Service Delivery Project Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of colocation and cloud services. This includes overseeing project management processes to ensure timely and accurate implementation of services, enhancing customer satisfaction, and aligning project deliverables with business goals.

Focus:
Act as the primary liaison between the customer and various internal teams to facilitate the service delivery process. Manage project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and accurate service delivery. Oversee order queues and manage the service implementation from order to billing. Communicate effectively with customers to manage expectations, gather necessary information, and provide updates. Drive operational efficiencies and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Collaborate with the sales team to align on pipeline and manage revenue expectations. Report on key metrics such as Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and churn, contributing to strategic decisions.
Skill Set
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP certification a plus but not required. Proven experience in project management, preferably in data center operations or related technical fields. Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to manage customer expectations and relationships effectively. Experience with service delivery metrics and process improvement initiatives. Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and project management tools. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
