Focus:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the service drive area

Ensure timely, courteous, and efficient service for all customers

Take full responsibility for customer satisfaction, completing additional tasks to create a memorable and positive customer experience

Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, whether over the phone or in person, ensuring no customer is overlooked

Skill Set:

5-10 years of experience in an automotive service environment

Strong organizational skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor

Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams

Excellent time management and prioritization abilities

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
