As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence in the field of Importer/Exporter of Record services. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Focus:
• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and industries that require IOR/EOR services, creating a robust pipeline of prospects and leads to drive business growth.
• Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects, engage in meaningful discussions, and present our services as the ideal solution to their international trade challenges.
• Consultative Selling: Understand clients’ unique needs and provide tailored solutions to address their IOR/EOR requirements, effectively articulating the value proposition of our services.
• Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
• Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts while adhering to company policies and pricing guidelines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our operations and compliance teams to ensure successful service delivery, and collaborate with marketing for lead generation activities.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and sales opportunities, and provide regular sales reports to management.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Logistics is preferred.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, with a minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in logistics or intl. trade.
• Knowledge of international trade, customs compliance, and IOR/EOR services is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
