Senior Sales Representative – Import/Export

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence in the field of Importer/Exporter of Record services. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and industries that require IOR/EOR services, creating a robust pipeline of prospects and leads to drive business growth. Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects, engage in meaningful discussions, and present our services as the ideal solution to their international trade challenges. Consultative Selling: Understand clients’ unique needs and provide tailored solutions to address their IOR/EOR requirements, effectively articulating the value proposition of our services. Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies. Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts while adhering to company policies and pricing guidelines. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our operations and compliance teams to ensure successful service delivery, and collaborate with marketing for lead generation activities. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and sales opportunities, and provide regular sales reports to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Logistics is preferred. Proven track record in B2B sales, with a minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in logistics or intl. trade. Knowledge of international trade, customs compliance, and IOR/EOR services is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
