The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving their project management efforts, focusing on the delivery of complex consumer products, hardware, and software initiatives from concept to completion. This role demands a blend of strategic planning, leadership, and technical prowess, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Focus:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful completion of assigned projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Foster collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve project objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations.
• Proactively identify, address, and resolve issues and challenges that may impact project success.
• Maintain real-time data accuracy in project management software systems, ensuring stakeholders have access to current project statuses.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Engage with domestic suppliers and international partners, strengthening relationships and ensuring project components are delivered as per specifications.

Skill Set:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
• PMP Certification, is a plus.
• Solid project management experience with satellite control centers/satellite-related programs and vast knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient in MS Project or similar project management software, with a proven track record of managing telecommunication site construction and deployment projects.
• Experience in consumer product lifecycle, satellite network development, and manufacturing processes will be considered an advantage.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of management, suppliers, and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
• Open to travel up to 10%-15% of the time as required by projects.
