This organization is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst. This position involves maintaining security by ensuring compliance with standards, policies, and procedures, and contributing to efforts aimed at preventing data loss and service interruptions through research, analysis, development, documentation, testing, or modification of technologies, systems, or programs based on design specifications. Additionally, the role requires preparing system security reports by collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data and trends.

Focus:

Develop, implement, manage, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure the security of the company’s data Prevent data loss and service interruptions by researching and deploying new technologies that effectively secure the corporate network and applications. Partner with end users and project teams to understand the specific needs of each department; establish and enforce policies and procedures, and monitor compliance throughout the organization Examine IT security logs, reports, and other data sources to verify that all applications are operational and secure.

Skill Set:

High School diploma or GED with seven (7) years of experience in security systems technologies, and holding an ISACA, SANS, ISC(2), CEH, or equivalent security certification OR Associate’s Degree with five (5) years of experience in security systems technologies, and possessing ISACA, SANS, ISC(2), CEH, or an equivalent security certification OR Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or a related field with three (3) years of experience in security systems technologies, along with ISACA, SANS, ISC(2), CEH, or an equivalent security certification OR Master’s Degree in Information Systems or a related field with one (1) year of experience in security systems technologies, along with ISACA, SANS, ISC(2), CEH, or an equivalent security certification.
