Our client is a well-established company in the construction industry with a specialization in glasswork solutions. Due to growth, they are hiring a Senior Construction PM to manage and oversee projects.
As Senior Construction PM, you’ll be responsible for supporting and mentoring project managers and engineers, ensuring exceptional customer communication, efficient materials management, strategic staffing, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Your expertise will drive project profitability and contribute to the company’s ongoing success.

Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers and project engineers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring cohesive teamwork. Communicate proactively and professionally with clients, consistently aiming to exceed their expectations and nurture long-lasting relationships. Oversee the procurement process, ensuring accurate and timely ordering of materials and rental equipment, guaranteeing readiness for field crews. Strategically manage project staffing, aligning resources to optimize project timelines and budgets, while maintaining the highest quality standards. Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders, swiftly adapting to dynamic project scope changes to ensure precise product installations. Conduct regular jobsite inspections to uphold rigorous standards of quality and safety, proactively addressing any concerns that arise. Monitor project profitability and actively participate in monthly assessments, ensuring projects remain on track financially. Provide valuable feedback contributing to enhanced project budget accuracy and an improved customer experience. Lead the formulation and execution of the company’s 12-month manpower and labor forecasts, enabling effective resource planning and allocation.
5+ years of construction project management experience, showcasing a proven track record. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field. Demonstrated experience leading project teams with the ability to drive successful outcomes. Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, and Bluebeam for streamlined project management and communication. Blueprint interpretation expertise ensuring accurate project understanding. Strong leadership skills to guide and develop project teams effectively. Exceptional verbal and written communication for client and stakeholder engagement. Interpersonal finesse and outstanding customer service abilities. Impeccable organization and attention to detail, upholding project precision. Proven time management, meeting deadlines consistently. Analytical acumen and adeptness in solving project-related challenges.
