Our client, an esteemed entity within the corporate and legal services arena, is currently seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to spearhead business development efforts within legal, banking, and corporate sectors. This pivotal role focuses on generating new business, managing sales processes, and fostering long-term relationships with key industry players to drive the company’s growth and market expansion.

Focus:
Lead cold calling and prospecting efforts to build a robust pipeline of potential clients in targeted business sectors. Skillfully manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing new accounts, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients. Demonstrate and sell the value of technology solutions, enhancing client engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate with customer service teams to articulate the company’s unique value proposition effectively. Utilize CRM tools to streamline the sales process and monitor market competition to stay ahead of industry trends. Engage with the legal, banking, and corporate communities through tradeshows and social events to expand network and business opportunities.
Skill Set:
3-5 years of experience in business development, ideally with a background in selling to law firms, banks, and Fortune 500 companies. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, along with a strong motivation for sales and business growth. Proficient in CRM solutions, preferably Salesforce.com, to manage sales activities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong presence in negotiations and presentations. Comprehensive understanding of MS Office Suite, emphasizing PowerPoint and Excel. Proven ability to work independently, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills. Adept at multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail. Experience in legal-related software solutions and services is a plus.
