They are looking to hire a results-driven Sales Manager to support their low-voltage sales team.
The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and success. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans and identifying new business opportunities in the electronic security, low voltage, structured cabling, and fiber sectors.

Skill Set:
• 3+ years of sales and account management experience with a proven history of driving sales success in leadership roles.
• Background in fiber, structured cabling, fire systems, and/or access control technologies is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills, demonstrated by a track record of fostering long-lasting client relationships.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• The ability to dissect market trends, pinpoint lucrative opportunities, and formulate potent sales strategies.
• Exceptional negotiation acumen, consistently exceeding revenue targets and clinching pivotal deals.
• Proficiency in leveraging Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other cutting-edge sales tools to track and optimize performance metrics.
