We are actively searching for a skilled and proactive Sales Engineer to enhance our business development efforts within the Plastics industry. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in enlarging our market presence, fostering essential relationships, and boosting revenue through strategic sales and quoting activities.

Focus:
• Develop and execute robust business development strategies to widen the client base and increase market penetration in the Plastics industry.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that ensure their success.
• Lead the quoting and sales efforts, working alongside cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets and foster business growth.
• Remain well-informed of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor actions to spot new opportunities and potential risks.
• Apply your knowledge and experience in Plastics Manufacturing to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients and meet their specific needs.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• At least two years of successful experience in roles related to injection molding, tooling, or quoting, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and quoting software is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to accurately estimate costs and pinpoint cost-saving opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex ideas and solutions clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify business opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
