We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer – Fire Alarm Installation to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and expand market presence. Focus:
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the distribution network
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Provide ongoing support and training to channel partners to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
• Conduct regular performance reviews with channel partners and provide feedback for improvement
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and network with potential partners
Skill Set:
• At least five years of proven experience in channel sales, preferably in the fire safety or related industry
• Strong understanding of fire alarm systems and related technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
