This organization is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join their team in a dynamic, hands-on role that provides comprehensive respiratory care across diverse settings, including ICU, trauma, neonatal transport, and multi-hospital locations. This position promotes autonomy and professional growth, allowing therapists to manage advanced respiratory protocols and deliver critical patient care. Location: This role will be on site in the central/southern region of Wisconsin. Consideration for relocation assistance for those not residing in this area.
This Role Offers:
Ability to manage advanced respiratory protocols and deliver comprehensive care across ICU, trauma, neonatal transport, and multiple hospital locations.

Work in critical care settings, including helicopter transport and multi-facility support, providing care to patients of all ages.

Focus:
Deliver respiratory and cardiopulmonary therapy to patients of all ages, including neonates, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
Manage and apply advanced protocols autonomously, performing diagnostic assessments and treatments in ICUs, NICUs, and trauma settings.
Participate in hospital and community training on respiratory health and serve as a resource for students and staff.
Work collaboratively on neonatal and adult transport, including helicopter and multi-hospital support.
Skill Set:
Graduation from an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program with an Associate Degree or higher.
Must hold a valid Respiratory Therapy License for Wisconsin before the start date.
Certification: Registered RRT by the National Board of Respiratory Care or eligible and obtained within one year of hire. Current BLS certification (within 90 days of hire) required. ACLS and/or PALS certifications are beneficial.
