Our client, a leading non-profit healthcare organization is looking to hire a seasoned Research Project Manager to join their Radiology team. Focus:
• Manage and coordinate research projects within the Radiology department, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and regulatory standards.
• Direct the inner workings of the clinical office, streamlining processes and bolstering efficiency to foster a seamless research environment.
• Utilize Mint Lesion software to manage and analyze radiology imaging data, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
• Ensure all research activities adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulations pertaining to the Protection of Human Subjects.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex documents, templates, and databases using MS Word, Excel, Access, and other database applications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the successful completion of research projects.
• Manage data organization and referencing using EndNote and Adobe Acrobat.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or medical field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated experience in managing clinical office environments and workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of GCP guidelines and human subjects protection regulations.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with exceptional time-management abilities.
• Certification in Clinical Research (SOCRA certification) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, and database management tools; experience with Mint Lesion, EndNote, and Adobe Acrobat is essential.
• Effective communication skills with a keen awareness of deadlines and time-sensitive tasks.
