As part of their commitment to excellence, they are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Reimbursement and Compliance Director to join their team. This key leadership role involves overseeing reimbursement processes and ensuring efficient and accurate billing and collections for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.

Focus:
• Lead and manage all reimbursement activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and optimizing revenue cycles.
• Supervise and mentor a team of reimbursement specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance billing and collection processes, with a focus on maximizing reimbursements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims and address any issues that may arise.
• Stay updated on changes in Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance regulations, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on reimbursement trends and opportunities for improvement.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Management, or a closely related field.
• At least five years of experience in managing reimbursement activities within a healthcare setting.
• A minimum of two years in a supervisory role, with proven experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance billing and collections processes.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of driving team success.
