Our client, a leader in innovative solutions within the technology sector, is seeking an experienced PSU Sales Executive to drive sales growth for power shelf (Data Center) and Power Supply Unit (PSU) solutions for enterprise server environments.
This role combines in-depth technical knowledge with strong sales acumen, enabling the specialist to build lasting relationships, address customer needs, and deliver tailored power solutions to meet evolving business demands.

Focus:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for server power shelves and PSUs, targeting enterprise server environments.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and post-sale support.
• Work closely with customers to understand their specific technical requirements, providing tailored solutions that address their challenges.
• Coordinate with engineering and product teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with client specifications and company capabilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts to drive long-term sales growth.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to communicate the value and capabilities of server power shelves and PSUs.
• Analyze market trends and competitive offerings, refining sales strategies and product positioning accordingly.
• Provide actionable feedback to product development teams, ensuring offerings are aligned with market demands and customer needs.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales with a focus on high-tech, enterprise-level solutions.
• Proven track record in technical sales, preferably within server hardware, power systems, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of power shelf and PSU technologies and their applications in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Previous or current experience working with power module suppliers such as Delta Electronics, Lite-On, Flex, Artesyn, or similar companies is a plus.
