As a Process Engineer II at our client’s organization, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and guidance for designated Process Engineer I projects and programs onsite. Under general supervision, you will review, investigate, and develop appropriate recommendations for assigned projects, while utilizing new technology to upgrade and improve site safety, efficiencies, cost controls, quality controls, and environmental protection. This role requires collaboration with Operations, Maintenance departments, and other Engineering staff to enhance equipment maintenance availability and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Focus:
Evaluate, analyze, and formulate recommendations for designated Reliability Engineering projects. Utilize new technology to enhance site safety, efficiencies, cost controls, quality controls, and environmental protection. Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance departments to improve equipment maintenance availability and other KPIs.
Coordinate project activities and ensure appropriate documentation is prepared and reviewed for accuracy. Administer contracts with vendors for services and equipment provision. Develop knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations relevant to the area of assignment. Perform other duties as required.
Skill Set:
Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering discipline and three (3) years of related experience in Engineering, or Master’s degree in related Engineering discipline and two (2) years of related experience in Engineering. Knowledge in probability and statistical analysis. Understanding of the principles and practices of Reliability Engineering. Ability to research and analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw valid conclusions. Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards. Electrical experience with VFDS, Electric motors (480V and 4160V), Transformers, power switching, power transmission, PLC’s, PID loops, Digital Control Systems. Preferred SMRP or CMRP Certification. Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing. Familiarity with SAP, PI Vision, Power BI, Honeywell.
