Principal Engineer

Our client is a leading engineering consultancy firm dedicated to excellence across the Architecture, Engineering & Design, and Construction sectors. They are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Principal Engineer to join their dynamic team and contribute to their many collaborative projects.

Focus:

• Lead and manage engineering projects from conception through to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and oversee construction processes.
• Ensure project compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
• Prepare reports and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Solve complex engineering problems with innovative, practical solutions.
• Manage client relationships and participate in business development activities.

Skill Set:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in engineering consulting or a related professional field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, with a preference for majors in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Experience in Construction Management or Architectural Engineering highly desirable.
• Must have an active Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• A strong passion for building construction and a proven ability to address and solve technical problems in engineering.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy.
