A well-established legal practice focused on litigation related to property harm and physical harm is currently looking to add a skilled Pre-Litigation Attorney to its expanding roster of professionals. With a robust team of nearly 100 attorneys spanning 30+ locations, this firm is dedicated to delivering top-tier outcomes, ensuring clients receive the maximum restitution they deserve.

The ideal candidate will handle a variety of personal injury cases, guiding clients through the claims process with compassion and expertise. This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively in a supportive, client-focused environment.

Focus:

• Assess and manage personal injury claims from intake through resolution during the pre-litigation phase.
• Conduct comprehensive case evaluations and provide strategic recommendations.
• Engage in skilled negotiations with insurance companies and other parties to secure favorable settlements.
• Maintain consistent and transparent communication with clients to ensure they are informed and confident throughout the claims process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence.
• Collaborate closely with legal support staff to ensure the efficient and accurate management of case files.

Skill Set:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a recognized and accredited law school.
• Active and good-standing membership in the Georgia State Bar.
• A minimum of one year of experience handling personal injury cases, with a strong preference for pre-litigation expertise.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a results-driven approach to case evaluation and resolution.
• Persuasive negotiation abilities and effective communication skills.
• Adept at cultivating and maintaining positive client relationships
• Strong team player with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
