Focus:
Develop and implement solid operating plans for current and upcoming months, ensuring preparation for challenges. Foster a performance-based culture that prioritizes safety, accountability, and operational excellence. Provide clear organizational direction and communication aligning with corporate goals and objectives to all plant departments. Review daily operational reports to resolve issues, minimize expenditures, and prevent operational delays. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address day-to-day challenges and support continuous improvement. Formulate policies, programs, and objectives that impact production schedule, quality, and cost. Lead the implementation of confidential manufacturing initiatives, optimize resource allocation, and apply best practices. Recruit, coach, develop, and evaluate staff performance, maintaining high morale and good employee relations. Delegate work to the team, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards and company procedures.
Skill Set
5+ years of management experience in manufacturing, with a strong track record of team development. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Must have background in steel tubing and/or piping. Strong knowledge of ISO and API standards. Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Goal-oriented, self-starter with the ability to make strategic decisions with urgency.
