Location: Greater Greenville, SC Area
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 3:30 AM) | Initial Training on 1st Shift (~1 month)
Compensation:
• Hourly Rate: $34 – $37/hour (based on experience)
• Shift Differential: Up to $1.50/hour

Our client, an industry leader in fast-paced, high-output production, is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor to guide a skilled team of technicians in a critical manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role is perfect for a mechanically inclined professional looking to take ownership of equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs—while supporting a company committed to safety, innovation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians in the repair and upkeep of high-speed production equipment.
• Oversee nightly maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, GMPs, and operating procedures.
• Perform and guide complex troubleshooting and repair tasks, both mechanical and electrical.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime and maximize line efficiency.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, spare parts availability, and timely equipment upgrades.
• Document maintenance activities and work orders in compliance with internal systems and regulatory standards.
• Provide mentorship and on-the-job training to junior mechanics and electricians.
• Support plant initiatives including safety enhancements, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to recurring equipment failures.
What You Bring:
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification (Millwright, Electrician, or dual ticket) highly preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; food and beverage industry experience is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with safety compliance standards, including OSHA and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Ability to lead a team, prioritize tasks, and make effective decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in maintenance software systems (SAP experience preferred).
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Dynamic and fast-paced production facility with moving equipment and temperature variations.
• Role requires physical activity, including lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided and required in operational zones.
