Job Title: Network Support Specialist

Location: Decatur, IL and Mattoon, IL

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Network Analyst to join our team. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to develop skills in network troubleshooting while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot residential network equipment, including routers and FiberOptics connections.

Provide technical support via phone, including diagnostics and system resets.

Utilize tools like SMX, NetSuite, Minerva, and NOMS to resolve issues.

Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or higher levels as necessary.

Requirements:

Associate degree or certificate in networking or a related IT field preferred.

Familiarity with FiberOptics systems is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

Schedule:

Daytime, night (8 PM – 5 AM), and weekend (Wed–Sun) shifts available.
